"Adding a small refrigerator would have improved my stay (This feature is common for the East Coast tourist motels.) Very pet-friendly! I asked for easy access to the outside & I got it! And, the room was cool when I arrived late! (In other hotels in the Valley, the A/C is not turned on until the customer turns it on!) I liked your sign about saving energy by not washing the bed linen until the 3rd night. I hope that becomes an industry standard!"
