"when you read the rate, obviously you're going to ask why????? Let me explain:
when we (my family and myself)arrived at the hotel the attender gave my a key for a room occupated, then we went back to the front desk and the guy said us, ups!!! let me assign you other room at this time the room was empty, then the internet access was out of service then I called again to the front desk and they send a guy and these guy said that somthing was wrong and he invited me to the looby to use the internet access in there (can you imagine!!!!)ok then we we went to the pool there were not towels and also an accident happended in the pool, a boy (almost 16 age)jumping in the pool area broke his head and finally in my check out I didn't receive the ticket....Now you have my feedback it is a trustly pity because the hotel has all to be wonderful (talking about location, size, instalation, rate etc.....)but the people and the maintenance are not the indicates......
